Returns

  • Returns are accepted within 7 days of delivery.
  • Items must be unused, unworn, and in original packaging with tags intact.
  • Custom or personalized jewellery is not eligible for return.

Refunds

  • Once we receive and inspect the returned item, refunds will be processed within 5–7 business days.
  • Refunds will be credited to your original payment method.
  • Shipping charges are non-refundable.

Exchange We offer exchanges for defective or damaged products. Contact us within 48 hours of receiving the item.
